Return&Refund

Time Frame for Raising Queries

We highly value your satisfaction. Should there be any issues with damaged products or if you require replacements or refunds, please bring it to our attention within 2 days of receiving your order. Regrettably, we may be unable to accomodate requests made after this period. 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend doing so immediately after placing the order or as soon as possible before the order is fulfilled. Our team works diligently to fulfill orders promptly. Once order processing begins, cancellations may not be feasible. To request a cancellation, contact us by sending a WhatsApp message to 9468193435 or emailing us at almightycreations36@gmail.com.

When you place an order with us, two scenarios related to cancellations may occur:

        If you cancel your order before we've dispatched it and you've already paid, we'll provide a full refund

        for the amount  you paid.

        𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝/𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫):
        If your order has already been dispatched or fulfilled and you wish to cancel, we cannot guarantee

        that your  cancellation request can be accepted.

If you've paid for shipping, this amount won't be refunded because the order has already arrived. Additionally, 'Return to Origin' (RTO) charges might apply. These charges cover the fees for cancelling a dispatched order and the return shipping expenses.

Return, Replacement & Refund

No Returns After Purchase:

Please note that all purchases from our online store are considered final. While we deeply value your trust, we recognize that we cannot process returns once an order is finalized. In exceptional circumstances where the product is completely unusable for you, we may offer store credits equivalent to the purchase amount, applicable on a case-by-case basis.

Replacements for Damaged Products:

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you in perfect condition. If a product is damaged in transit, we offer the following solutions.

Refund

If you have received your order in a damaged or broken state, kindly send us a photograph of the damaged or broken item on the same day of delivery. We facilitate immediate refunds upon verification of the damage. Funds will be reflected in the customer's account within 24 to 48 hours, subject to the processing time of the payment gateway.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged item, follow these steps:     

  •       Reach out to our customer support team via e-mail or phone.           

  •       Our team will assess and validate the reported damage based on the details and evidence you provide.           

  •       Once the damage is confirmed, we will immediately process your replacement order.

Store Credits

We can offer you a store credit voucher of the same value, redeemable on your next purchase.
