We provide nationwide delivery across India, ensuring our products reach every corner of the country. Operating from our manufacturing unit in Kolkata, West Bengal, our dedicated team works tirelessly to guarantee prompt and reliable service. To enhance your shipping experience, we have partnered with leading providers such as DTDC, Delhivery, Amazon, and Blue Dart.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping

Delivery time may vary based on your location and distance from our location. Here is a breakdown of our standard shipping times for different regions:

        - 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 (𝐊𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐚): Same day (If we receive it within working hours)
        - 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 (𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥): 1-2 days
        - 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢): 4-5 days
        - 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚: Allow up to 6-8 days, depending on the distance.

 

Please note that these are estimates; Delivery might be faster or face slight delays due to unforeseen factors.

Claim Time of Standard Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within eight days, counting the day of fulfillment. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of 5 days. If you have not received your order within 13 days, it will be deemed lost. In these circumstances, on the 14th day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide a full refund.

Please note that we won't use express shipping for items containing liquids due to the higher risk of damage. In such cases, your order will be sent through standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Here is a breakdown of our express shipping times for different regions:

             - 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞,𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢):3-4 days
             -𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚:Allow up to 4-6 days, depending on the distance.

Orders are typically delivered within four days, counting the day of fulfillment. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of 3 days. If you have not received your order within seven days, it will be deemed lost. In these circumstances, on the 8th day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide a full refund.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not actively offer international shipping. However, we appreciate your interest in our products from around the world.

If you are interested in international shipping, please express your interest by filling out this form. Our team will review the provided information and explore the possibility of extending our shipping services globally. We will get back to you promptly to discuss potential options and arrangements.

Damage on Delivery

If your order is damaged while in transit by the carrier, we will replace the damaged items provided you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with a picture/video of the damaged item.

Order Fulfillment

We often dispatch your items the same day the order is placed. However, occasional delays may occur during the order verification process due to various factors.

Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, you will promptly receive an automatic email and WhatsApp message from us to acknowledge the receipt of your order. After this initial notification, we proceed with the verification process.

Order Verification

During the fulfilment process, we meticulously cross-check all the details provided by you, including shipping address, phone number and email ID. Our team will proactively contact you for clarification if we identify any incomplete or inaccurate information. 

Please be aware that there may be instances where this verification process experiences delays. These delays can occur due to various factors, such as the inability to establish contact with you in case of Incomplete/Wrong Address Details, Public Holidays, or Unforeseen Events.

Regarding Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we need your confirmation on WhatsApp Message or Call. We only process COD orders after ensuring your purchase is genuine and aligns with your preferences. This extra step helps us to avoid unnecessary order returns preventing order returns and guarantees a smoother and more secure transaction process

Packaging & Dispatch

After completing the order verification process, we pack your order promptly and efficiently. When it comes to packaging, we take environmental responsibility seriously. 

However, it's important to note that in certain situations, particularly during the monsoon season, we may need to employ additional measures to ensure the safety of your package during transit. This could entail using shrink wrap on outer boxes, as advised by our shipping partners, who, for safety reasons, may refuse to pick up orders without the appropriate protective measures.

Once your order is carefully packed, it is then ready to be dispatched. Please be aware that there might be occasional delays in dispatch. These delays can occur due to several factors, including the reasons for the delay in order verification or when shipping companies do not pick up orders from us during weekends.

Order Tracking

Once your order is ready, we'll dispatch it soon. You'll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message containing a tracking link. Tracking details may be available after some time, and you can also log in to your account on the website to track your order.
